Our program combines the best in haircutting, styling, and coloring with fashion analysis and forecasting, technical skills, and creativity with a special emphasis on ethics and best business practices.. Its extraordinary difficulty, high standards, and thoroughness have made Luxelab what it has become today.

Luxelab Academy takes blossoming professionals and thrusts them into the complex world of hairdressing. Stylists-in-training will assist our expert stylists in daily salon business while simultaneously working through a structured series of tests ensuring they are at the highest level of expertise before taking on a clientele of their own. The program concludes in a final presentation self-produced and designed by the emerging artist that not only celebrates their completion but also showcases their individualized voice now backed by exceptional technical skills.

Luxelab Academy boasts educators that travel the world with companies like L’Oreal Professionnel, Kerastase, Shu Uemura, L’Oreal Color Brands, Mizani, Epres and Oribe, while simultaneously representing each one and Luxelab in every type of classroom and venue. From photo shoots to fashion week, and even television and movies, Luxelab is bringing it’s philosophy to the hairdressing world in a never ending effort to set the standard.
