Cancellation Policy:

In an effort to respect our professionals time, Luxelab requests at least 72 hours cancellation notice prior to your appointment date.

*Appointments cancelled within 72 hours of your appointment date will be charged 50% of total booked service price.

*Without prior cancellation, appointments missed will be charged the full booked service price.

Payment Policy:

For all services we are cashless and if you’d like to leave your stylist gratuity we accept either cash or Venmo. For your convenience, there is an ATM in the back of the salon.

Exchange Policy:

We gladly accept product exchanges within 14 days of purchase and can issue store credit to be redeemed towards retail purchases only. We can not accept products returned for refund.

Adjustment Service:

Any hair service adjustments must be done within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.

Hair Models + Education: Program

Our renowned Luxelab education program has Stylists-in-Training who work on most salon services. If you would like to be a model please contact the salon at 310 255 9900. Please note there is a small service fee for each service provided to be paid in CASH only.

There are no refunds on any model services.

Covid Safety:

We understand these are concerning and unprecedented times that require detailed and unprecedented measures. In an effort to preserve the health and well-being of our stylists, customers, and community, Luxelab is committed to adopting the utmost in safety and hygiene methods available to us.

+ Effective immediately, as per LA County health code regulations guests and employees are no longer required to wear masks.

+ We will provide a completely touchless checkout system in order to minimize physical contact. This means:

+ Each stylist and assistant will be required to wash hands after every service.

+ All tools will be sanitized after each service (as is already our policy).

+ No team member will be allowed to remain in the salon if they show any signs of illness.
